A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school works with school staff to develop and implement behavior plans for students with challenging behaviors.  They provide training and guidance to teachers and administrators on strategies to address student behavior.  They conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA's) for individual students.  BCBA's develop materials and resources to support teachers and administrators, and collaborate with all school staff, as needed.
