Meet our Westpark Administration
Dr. Cynthia N. Bolton, Principal
Hello Westpark Families! I have had the pleasure of being in education for over 20 years. I began teaching in 2001 as a Kindergarten teacher and then moved to middle school for 7 years and then high school. Quite the change from little ones to high school, but I love the fact that I have had the opportunity to learn and grow from having taught all grade levels. I then became an AVID Coordinator, which I absolutely loved, and I am so glad we have AVID School wide. I've been a District Instructional Coach and have been an administrator now for the past 6 years. I am very honored to be the Principal at Westpark as I believe it's an amazing place to learn and work. I love working and being out with the students and talking with them along with our amazing staff. Westpark is the place to be and I look forward to a wonderful year.
Mr. Patrick Holmes, Assistant Principal, 504 Coordinator
I have worked in the Southern Kern Unified School District for over 7 years. I have been the Assistant Principal of Alternative Education, Tropico Middle School, and now at Westpark. I previously taught at Mojave High school and California City High School for 9 years. From there, I worked as a Center Administrator for Mojave River Academy for 3 years until coming to Southern Kern. I have truly enjoyed my experiences in SKUSD and the amazing staff, students, and parents that I have been given the opportunity to associate and work with. I have valued my short time working with and serving the staff and students at Westpark. I look forward to another amazing year as a WES Wildcat!
