The goal of the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program(ELO-P) Program is to expand learning beyond the regular school day and support students' academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
Our Mission
Our ELO-P Program implements genuine care, respect and courtesy for children, parents and each other. We offer a safe, welcoming, and innovative environment where children engage in learning opportunities that are intentionally connected to the school-day curriculum. We offer key ingredients necessary to provide expanded learning opportunities that engage students and build the skills necessary to succeed in school.

ELO-P Program Enrollment Application for the 2025-2026 school year is now open. Please find the 2025-2026 ELO-P Application and Student Handbook below. If you would like to apply for the ELO-P Programfor your child, please download the registration application form, complete ALL required pages, and turn it into your child's school office. Keep in mind that space in the ELO-P After School Program is limited, so completing the registration process does not assure admittance into the program. Once the program is full, students are then placed on a waiting list.
The ELO-P Program is open MONDAY-FRIDAY

Westpark - 3:30 pm
Rosamond - 4:00 pm
Tropico - 5:00 pm

Transportation will be offered from all school sites. Students must have a valid bus pass in order to ride the bus.
